The Fitzgerald Invitational Swimming Championship will be held this
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 26th -28th at Fitzgerald High School.
Swimmers from California, Kansas, Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana and
Ohio, just to mention a few, will be participating in the meet.
Expected to gain valuable points for the Patton team are captains, Dennis
Manrique and Linda Foster. Along with Patton's All-Americans, Pete
Adams, Doug Webster, Rick Skarbo and George Saldana are the All-State girls'
team consisting of Sue Spilski, Carol Danboise, Mary Shefsky and Alice
Ceresko.
The Patton swim team has competitors ranging in ages of five to twenty-three.
Coach Harry Hauck has great expectations for his swimmers this year.
