• We are situated on the western shore of beautiful Round Lake. Guests enjoy all the benefits of living on the lake. A sandy beach, lakefront gazebo and over 900 feet of maintained frontage make it easy to enjoy all your favorite summertime family activities. If getting wet isn't quite your style a relaxing walk around the project grounds or an invigorating game of tennis are also excellent warm weather options.

  If the big beach is what you're after its just a short walk or bicycle trip away. Less than a quarter of a mile away, the Petoskey State Park boasts almost two miles of sandy Lake Michigan frontage on Little Traverse Bay, a full service campground, group picnic areas and miles of hiking trails. All yours to enjoy at your leisure.
